Property found
For those of you who don't know already. We found the property we plan to buy. It's 4.89 acres just outside of Gaston (West of Portland Metro) and it has an 83 year old home on it that we plan to live in while we build our dream home. Our offer was submitted and accepted over a week ago and we have put our house in Hillsboro up for sale and have had an offer on it, which we could not come to an agreement on, as well as lots of interest for not listing it with a real estate agent.
Also go to the project area if you want more information about buying and selling your home by owner, that's what we did and it's not that hard. Worth saving yourself the money too.
