Rainy days are here again
Since I returned to work the weather has turned South
I am currently working on my In-laws neighbor painting the exterior on the weekends. This will be the third weekend. My brother has helped two Saturdays. The painting went really fast on the first day with my Father-In-law and brother. We got rained out last weekend. I just want it to get done, so I can spray my in-laws who also had their siding replaced.
Otherwise, my wife, Jennifer and I keep discussing opening some type of business. We just really need to go after one. I've decided on one. Which is to open a Wedding Venue on our property with a View of the Vineyard. Jen is still looking at her options besides helping with mine. We don't look forward to the money outlay to start one though.
We pressed some apples Sunday and Monday. We had a bad apple crop this year, so I had to buy an 800lb bin from an Orchard. We made about 63 gallons for Gabre to enjoy throughout the year. I sent out an email to those interested in coming out for Farm Activities to gauge if anyone wants to do a pressing event and share the cost of another bin of apples.
